SMACCESS was founded in 2000 by Mrs. Gaby VEIDERS, the actual Managing Director, and Mr. Juan HURTADO, who acquired a lot of experience in the mobile wholesales business before starting their own company, with a clear vision based on commercial and marketing strategy, targeting network operators, as well as, all types of retail channels.
From the very beginning the goal was to offer a complete package of B2B services in the Luxembourg and the central European market with the highest quality level.
The image of being a reliable supplier increased the sales constantly and today, Smaccess counts within its customer base, operators as well as important retail chains all over Europe. Flexibility, reliability, competitive prices, as well as good working ‘repair platform’ for the retail market, are the keys of success and brought a rapid growth of the number of clients.
Nico Holzheimer is one of the co-founder and shareholder of the company. He worked for more than ten years as Sales Manager for the historic GSM operator (Mobilux/Luxgsm) in commercially developing the mobile market in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. After a further experience as Sales Manager for the Tango/Tele2 group he joined the Smaccess Team to develop and optimize the business of the company.
